Warranty Duration
Our warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers mechanical failures or manufacturer defects. To claim your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from a Polyele Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
Non-Rechargeable Products
All Polyele non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products come with a 2-year warranty.
Rechargeable Products
All Polyele rechargeable (plugin) products come with a 1-year warranty.
Edible products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We do not offer or sell replacement chargers at this time.
What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
Damage caused by use of incompatible chargers or accessories.
